“I LOVE GETTING EVEN” —Donald J. Trump

And now, it has just dawned on me that what we have been witnessing for the past three and a half years is Donald Trump “getting even” – with everyone in this country that does not like him! This means you, and me – and about 55% of the citizens of The United States of America. 

How else to explain the sustained attack on ordinary people? If Trump’s ongoing effort to eradicate the Affordable Care Act Care is because President Barack Obama once made fun of him, then the rest of his assault on us is because we too think he is an ignorant clown. So, in his desire to “get even” with us, he has weakened the food stamp program, erased the protection of workers’ pay, rolled back our environmental regulations, has fixed it so no longer will 60.1 million American workers have access to the courts to protect their legal employment rights, rolled back the regulations that protect workers’ pay and safety, instituted immigration policies that hurt all workers, stacked the Federal Reserve Board with people friendlier to Wall Street than to working families, instructed the Department of Labor to work to weaken or rescind the “fiduciary” rule, which requires financial advisers to act in the best interests of their clients when giving retirement investment advice. He has appointed people to the Department of Labor who oppose raising the minimum wage and the overtime salary threshold, he has repealed the Fair Housing Rule, the Methane and Waste Prevention Rule, repealed EPA enforcement…The list of slaps in the faces of our population’s quality of life keeps going on and on…far too many to list here. Here is a list of some of them:

What is clear by these irrational actions against people, and against the only planet we have to exist on, is that they are the acts of a narcissistic sociopath who is dead set on ruining the lives of everyone who he deems does not “like” him. He is “getting even” with us all. Even if it means destroying this country in the process, by God, he will get even. He is now in the process of destroying the venerable, reliable, United States Postal Service.

It is common knowledge that Donald J. Trump is obsessed with vengance, revenge and retribution. But now, we must understand that he is directing this obsessio9n at the American public at large. Us. The people who see him for the criminal he is. Who know what a weakling he is. Who get what a fraud he is. What an empty amoral ghoul he is and has always been. What a thing without honor. He knows that we know, and loathe, the real Trump – and he is now making us all pay. 

It is stretching credulity to believe that the only place this President can seem to find monies to relieve out-of-work families during the pandemic is…the Payroll Tax!  The very same tax monies which fund these same people’s Medicare and Social Security!

Yes, he “loves getting even.”

           We MUST vote Trump, and all Republicans, out of office!
